6. Propaganda
1. Balloons and neon lights are forbidden in the hall. Any projection of the cipher light or correlative equipments should not put beyond the booths.
2. The hanging of banners and scrolls shall be carried out by BEC Exhibition Company’s staff. Please contact BEC Exhibition Company for the charges and the relevant details.
3. Sponsors have offered a good many of advertising means to glorify the images of the exhibitors’ companies, and to advertise their products and services to the hilt. If you want to know more details, please refer to the Advertising Suit in Form 6
4. In addition, the advertising means on the spot offered by Form 6 can enlarge exhibitor＇s influence in the exhibition. Please do consider each means carefully.
7. Measures of Emergency Excavation
1. The exhibitor and its staff shall abide by the stipulated measures for emergency excavation.
2. The exhibitors shall follow the direction of the exhibition staff during emergency excavation.
8. Controversies
If there are any controversies on the spot of the exhibition, sponsors have the right to take necessary action to maintain the interests of the exhibition and the equal rights of the exhibitors. As the organizer of the exhibition, sponsors’ decision is the final decision .All contest parties must obey it.
