¡îChoosing Booth, Signing the ¡°Booth Rental Contract¡±

After the confirmation of booth location and area, exhibitors need to sign ¡°Booth Rental Contract¡± with the Organizing Committee. Please kindly fax or mail the contract to the Organizing Committee after signing.

¡îPayment

According to the contract, exhibitors should pay for the booth rental by check, bank transfer or telegraphic transfer and then fax the copy of your bank transfer to the Organizing Committee for booth confirmation. The Organizing Committee will invoice to the exhibitor as soon as receive the payment.

¡îExhibitor Service Manual

Please visit www.cif-expo.com to download the ¡°Exhibitor Service Manual¡± after paying the booth rental. Exhibitors should read it carefully and send the required information to the Organizing Committee or appointed company.

¡îPay the Balance

Exhibitors should pay for the balance of booth rental and other service fees to the Organizing Committee before 20th November, 2008.

¡îRegistration

Exhibitors need to register at the Organizing Committee Office in exhibition center within the scheduled time along with the Confirmation Letter to get the exhibitor badge and conference files,and then arrange workers to build up booth.

Cost of Participation

There are 3 exhibition halls for CIMIE2009: Hall 1, 2, and 3£¨on the second floor£©. Hall 1&2 for meat producers, processors, distributors, traders and large and medium-scale companies, Hall 3 for meat machinery manufacturers, packaging and meat equipments companies.
