The Sixth China International Meat and Foodstuff Cultural Festival 2011

With the support of counterparts in the meat sector of the world, China Meat Association conducted the First China International Meat-Cutting Skill Show in 2010. Madam He Luli, Vice Chairwoman, the 10^th Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, attended the activity and pointed out: “This is a good show, it not only provides a good opportunity for the counterparts of the world to communicate on cutting specification, but also presents the cutting skills of the master butchers to the consumers. It should be continued to improve and enlarge.” The show is also well received by counterparts in meat sector and consumers. Thereby, The Second China International Meat-Cutting Skill Show will be held during the CIMIE 2011.
