1. Regulations for the Usage of Standard Exhibition Booths
*Exhibitors must abide by the Regulations when constructing with standard exhibition booths.
1. No nails, pushpins or drilling can be nailed in any parts of the standard exhibition room to avoid damage.
2. No cuts or drawings can be made in standard exhibition rooms and consultation tables.
3. No glues (such as two-sided adhesive tape, one-sided adhesive tape and instant paste) can be used in standard exhibition rooms and consultation tables.
4. No consultation tables or campstools can be stepped on or trampled to avoid body hurt and destroy of exhibition utensils.
5. No heavy items can be leaned against standard rooms to avoid risk of damage or collapse.
6. No exhibition rooms can be disassembled, rebuilt, added with other exhibition utensils, or hung with heavy items without permission.
2. Exhibits and its Demonstration
In order to avoid breakage and injury, exhibitors must carry out the measures below strictly; otherwise, the sponsors have the right to terminate the operation and demonstration of the exhibits.
According to international safety standard, exhibitors should adopt strictly safety measures for the operation and demonstration of the exhibits.
Specialized person must carry out the whole demonstration procedure of the exhibit.
The demonstration sound should not disturb other exhibitors.
Off-gas and other irritant gas must be educed and removed through air filtration and air draft system. This should be reported to the sponsors, and exhibitors should pay the correlative charges.
If acid, dangerous chemicals, oil, and any other substance that could pollute the environment are needed, exhibitors must report it to the sponsors. And exhibitors should pay the correlation charges.
Exhibitors can only exhibit or demonstrate their own products or the products, which they have the right to show.
If there are any controversy between the exhibitors, sponsors reserve the right of arbitration
