Rules & Regulations

1. No equipment or devices in exhibition hall shall be dismantled, removed or damaged.

2. No holing or pasting is allowed at any part of the building.

3. For change or modification of the exhibition buildings and the relevant facilities or any part of them, the exhibitor shall be responsible to recover the changed or modified parts to their original appearance and undertake any expenditure incurred hereof.

4. It is forbidden to take any of the following articles into the exhibition hall: weapon, gun, knife or sword, ammunition, explosive, inflammables, radioactive materials and other articles, any article that may hinder the normal operation of the exhibition hall and any article that is forbidden by the relevant governmental authorities.

5. Regulation on Sanitation and Hygiene

1. During construction and exhibition, the exhibitor shall keep the exhibition hall and exhibition site clean and sanitary and leave no wood board, carpet, nail, carton box and other wastes in the exhibition hall, square and the nearby areas. When BEC Exhibition Company is required to employ cleaning workers to clean such wastes, the relevant expenses shall be undertaken by the exhibitor.

2. No glue, double-faced adhesive tape or other article that might damage the exhibition tools shall be applied on the exhibition boards and frames. A fine of RMB150 will be imposed against the violator for each piece of such articles.

3. In case any toilet or water supply point can not be used or is blocked for the inappropriate use or negligence of the exhibitor, exhibitor or visitor, the exhibitor must pay the cleaning and management expenses caused thereof.

4. The public areas shall not be obstructed and no useless articles shall be piled up in such areas.

5. Without BEC Exhibition Company's written approval in advance, No Notices or posters shall be displayed in the public areas.

6. In order to keep the exhibitors and audience in good health, and provide you with a comfortable exhibition environment, please do not bring dinner-boxes into the hall. The fast food restaurant is in the No.11 hall of Beijing Exhibition Center, please go there for dinner.

Sponsors are responsible for the general cleaning work of the hall, including clear up the passage carpet and the floor. Exhibitors of the booths with locks please put the rubbish in the garbage cans outside the booths before leaving every day. Exhibitors themselves do the work of cleaning the exhibition tables, exhibits, and exhibiting too.
